16-Aug-2011 On April 14, 2011, Matthew Rossiter and Andrew Callahan obtained a Counterclaim Settlement of $354,406.  A Trust Company filed a declaratory judgment action seeking instructions as to the interpretation of language in two trust documents.  Matthew Rossiter & Andrew Callahan, representing trust beneficiaries, filed a counterclaim for break of fiduciary duty.  The claim was settled at mediation, with the beneficiaries receiving $354,406.  The Trust Company waived its claim for fees.
