Jamie Boock obtains a jury verdict for his client in one-car collision.

On November 3, 2010, Jamie Boock successfully obtained a verdict after a jury trial against the City of St. Louis for failing to timely repair a dangerous condition on a City of St. Louis road which resulted in a one-car accident.  Jamie's client was severely injured by the accident.  

The jury awarded the plaintiff $106,000.00 and assessed 60% fault to the city.  The City of St. Louis made no offer to settle before trial.
