18-Oct-2010 On October 12, 2010, Rossiter & Boock settled an automobile collision case filed in St. Clair County, Illinois for $650,000.00.  The clients were two retirees injured when a driver pulled in front of them while traveling on U.S. Highway 50 outside of Lebanon, Illinois.  The clients made no claim for lost wages and their physical injuries had essentially resolved.
