Rossiter & Boock Wins Summary Judgement on Abuse of Fiduciary Duty Claim

Matthew Rossiter and Andrew Callahan successfully defended a claim in which the plaintiff accused their clients of breaching their fiduciary duties as trustees of their father's trust.  The plaintiff in this case was the surviving spouse of the father, and Matt and Andrew obtained summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's claims on the basis that their clients did not owe any fiduciary duty to the plaintiff because she was not a beneficiary of the trust.
