On February 16, 2011, Matthew Rossiter moderated the Sixth Annual Fiduciary Litigation Seminar, and also presented the Annual Update on the Law. Over 100 attorneys were in attendance.

On November 3, 2010, Jamie Boock successfully obtained a verdict after a jury trial against the City of St. Louis for failing to timely repair a dangerous condition on a City of St. Louis road which resulted in a one-car accident. Defendants made no offer to settle before trial.

Maxwell Murtaugh grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from Occidental College in 2011. After graduating, he taught English to elementary school students for one year in Busan, South Korea. Afterwards, Max returned to St. Louis and attended Saint Louis University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in 2015. 

While in law school Max was an editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and had an article dealing with statutory interpretation chosen for publication. He gained an array of legal experience working at Land of Lincoln Legal Services and interning at Mercy Hospital and the Catholic Immigration Law Project.

Currently, Max focuses his practice in the areas of fiduciary litigation and trust administration. Max is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
