On February 16, 2011, Matthew Rossiter moderated the Sixth Annual Fiduciary Litigation Seminar, and also presented the Annual Update on the Law. Over 100 attorneys were in attendance.

On November 3, 2010, Jamie Boock successfully obtained a verdict after a jury trial against the City of St. Louis for failing to timely repair a dangerous condition on a City of St. Louis road which resulted in a one-car accident. Defendants made no offer to settle before trial.

Nancy K. Troutman focuses her practice in the areas of probate administration and estate planning.  In addition to representing trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, guardians, conservators, and claimants in all areas of probate and trust administration, Nancy has worked with clients in drafting numerous estate plans.  Practicing in these areas affords her the opportunity to work with clients and assist them through difficult times in their lives as well as working with clients to assure that their estate planning needs are met.

Nancy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with an Emphasis in Paralegal Studies from Webster University in 1993.  While working full-time at The Sestric Law Firm as a paralegal, Nancy attended law school at Saint Louis University and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1997.  Following her employment at The Sestric Law Firm, she was employed as an Associate at the law firm of Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, PC for ten years prior to joining Rossiter & Boock, LLC.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.  Nancy is a graduate of the 2011-2012 class of Leadership Clayton.  She volunteers in various capacities at her church, including as Church Treasurer and sponsor for the Youth Ministry.  Nancy lives in Affton.
