On August 26, 2010, Jamie Boock obtained a successful verdict after a jury trial in St. Louis County in a pedestrian/automobile collision case. The verdict was fifty percent higher than the insurance company’s last offer, even though liability and the extent of plaintiff’s injuries were heavily disputed.

On August 5, 2010, Matt Rossiter obtained a judgment of $86,000.00 for his client in St. Louis County Probate Court. Matt represented one sibling in a claim against the other sibling to challenge transfers of money and property out of their mother’s account before her death. Transfers were made under a durable power of attorney.

On January 13, 2010, Andrew Callahan successfully obtained a verdict after a jury trial in Jefferson County, Missouri. Andrew’s client filed suit against an insurance broker for failing to maintain worker’s compensation insurance. The jury returned a verdict in the exact amount Andrew requested.

On December 22, 2009, the Supreme Court of Missouri issued a favorable opinion in the case of Moore v. Goffstein. In arguing this case before the Supreme Court, Jamie Boock successfully overturned existing appellate law on issues relating to objections to garnishment interrogatory answers.
