On August 26, 2010, Jamie Boock obtained a successful verdict after a jury trial in St. Louis County in a pedestrian/automobile collision case. The verdict was fifty percent higher than the insurance company’s last offer, even though liability and the extent of plaintiff’s injuries were heavily disputed.
