On February 16, 2011, Matthew Rossiter moderated the Sixth Annual Fiduciary Litigation Seminar, and also presented the Annual Update on the Law. Over 100 attorneys were in attendance.

On November 3, 2010, Jamie Boock successfully obtained a verdict after a jury trial against the City of St. Louis for failing to timely repair a dangerous condition on a City of St. Louis road which resulted in a one-car accident. Defendants made no offer to settle before trial.

Matthew J. Rossiter focuses his practice on fiduciary litigation, civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration. Jamie L. Boock

Jamie L. Boock  received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998 and attended Saint Louis University School of Law. He graduated cum laude in 2001 and was a staff member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. Jamie also clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Terry Adelman during law school.



Nancy K. Troutman

Nancy K. Troutman focuses her practice in the areas of probate administration and estate planning.  In addition to representing trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, guardians, conservators, and claimants in all areas of probate and trust administration, Nancy has worked with clients in drafting numerous estate plans.



Timothy J. Lemen

Timothy J. Lemen  is a trial attorney in the firm with over a decade of diverse litigation experience. Timothy’s passion for trial work began during the early years of his career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County. As a prosecutor, Timothy gained a great deal of experience trying cases to both judges and juries.



Zachary R. Pancoast

Zachary R. Pancoast is a Rising Star in both Illinois and Missouri, practices in the area of civil litigation, with a focus in medical malpractice and significant personal injury cases. Zachary has successfully grown a substantial injury practice in both Illinois and Missouri.



John P. Guletz

John Guletz was born and raised in St. Louis. He received his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2004. John then returned to St. Louis and attended the Saint Louis University School of Law where he earned his law degree in 2007



Maxwell G. Murtaugh

Maxwell Murtaugh grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from Occidental College in 2011. After graduating, he taught English to elementary school students for one year in Busan, South Korea. Afterwards, Max returned to St. Louis and attended Saint Louis University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in 2015.
