On February 16, 2011, Matthew Rossiter moderated the Sixth Annual Fiduciary Litigation Seminar, and also presented the Annual Update on the Law. Over 100 attorneys were in attendance.

On November 3, 2010, Jamie Boock successfully obtained a verdict after a jury trial against the City of St. Louis for failing to timely repair a dangerous condition on a City of St. Louis road which resulted in a one-car accident. Defendants made no offer to settle before trial.

Zachary has practiced in the area of medical malpractice and personal injury civil litigation for over 13 years.  Following receiving his undergraduate degree from DePauw University and law school at Saint Louis University, Zachary spent 10 years specializing in the defense of healthcare providers in both Illinois and Missouri.  For the past 3 years he has devoted his practice to representing injured people in both medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits in both states.  Zachary has had the opportunity to handle cases involving surgical errors, failures to diagnose, car accidents, dog bites, FTCA claims, podiatric malpractice, ophthalmological malpractice, and many others.

Zachary has resolved cases in both Illinois and Missouri for multiple clients.  The results for his clients have ranged from $2.1 million dollars in a complex medical malpractice case to $50,000 policy limits cases in auto accidents.

A sampling of cities and counties Zachary has handled cases in includes: St. Louis, Missouri and Decatur, Vandalia, Belleville, Edwardsville, Benton, Shelbyville, Mattoon, Charleston, Danville, Bloomington, Marion, Galesburg and Carbondale, Illinois, among others.

Zachary grew up in Shelbyville, Illinois and will be available to our the Illinois clients out of Rossiter&Boock’s Shelbyville, Illinois office, as well as the St. Louis office.

Zachary is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorney, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He previously served as the co-chair of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis - Bench, Bar and Professional Development Conference after serving as a committee member for the conference for many years, and speaking to the conference on the topic of "Motion Practice for New Attorneys. Zachary also currently sits on the Board of the St. Louis Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
